The villa was inherited by Anna Menotti Piccolomini and later passed to her son Nicolò, a count and actor who, following his untimely death during World War II, generously left this splendid residence to his fellow theater actors.
The villa is surrounded by a vast park with stunning views of St. Peter’s Basilica. Among the pine trees and the lush greenery of the venue’s gardens, from the ancient porch bordering the Italian-style garden, one can admire the majestic Dome of Michelangelo.
